Orders, Payments & Production

  • All online orders require full advance payment.
  • Accepted payment method: Bank Transfer (payment gateway for cards and wallets will be implemented soon).
  • Cash on Delivery is not available due to the custom nature of products.
  • Once an order enters production:
    • The order is non-cancellable
    • The order is non-refundable

ZHomesFurniture.com reserves the absolute right to cancel or refuse any order at any stage without obligation to provide a reason. Refunds for cancelled orders will be made via original payment method wherever possible.

 

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are permitted only for items damaged during transit.
  • ZHomesfurniture.com will bear return transportation costs for verified damaged items.
  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Not eligible for return or refund:
    • Fabric, upholstery, or leather variations
    • Foam softness or comfort preferences
    • Minor handcrafted imperfections
    • Dimensional tolerances within industry standards
    • Damage due to access constraints or customer negligence
