Terms of Service, Warranty & Policies
Welcome to ZHomesFurniture.com ("ZHomes", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Abdul Samad & Co, is registered in Pakistan. These Terms of Service and Policies (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of www.zhomesfurniture.com and all related services, products, communications, and value-added offerings (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing, browsing, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Section 1 – Eligibility, Access & Accounts
- You must be the age of majority under the laws of Pakistan to use the Services.
- Orders may be placed as a guest or through a registered account.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- ZHomesFurniture.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
Section 2 – Nature of Products (Make-to-Order)
- All products are custom-made / made-to-order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Current product range: sofas, sectionals, beds, dressing tables, nightstands, chairs, recliners. Future expansions may include dining tables, wardrobes, and home décor.
- Due to handcrafted production, minor variations are expected and not considered defects, including:
- Fabric shade and texture
- Foam softness and comfort
- Stitching, joints, and handcrafted finish
- Dimensions within reasonable tolerances
- Product images and descriptions are indicative only and may differ from the final product.
Section 3 – Orders, Payments & Production
- All online orders require full advance payment.
- Accepted payment method: Bank Transfer (payment gateway for cards and wallets will be implemented in the future).
- Cash on Delivery is not available due to the custom nature of products.
- Once an order enters production:
- The order is non-cancellable
- The order is non-refundable
- ZHomesFurniture.com reserves the absolute right to cancel or refuse any order at any stage without obligation to provide a reason. Refunds for cancelled orders will be made via original payment method wherever possible.
Section 4 – Prices & Taxes
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice and may differ from physical store prices or special quotations.
Section 5 – Delivery, Assembly & Timelines
- Delivery coverage: nationwide across Pakistan.
- Standard production and delivery timeline: approximately 30 days.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Delivery Charges are calculated at the checkout.
- Delays due to production, logistics, weather, political conditions, strikes, or other external factors are non-compensable.
- Assembly included at no charge in cities with ZHomes Furniture stores.
- In cities without stores:
- Standard: delivery only
- Optional assembly: available at additional cost
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
Section 6 – Inspection, Acceptance & Damage Reporting
- Customers must inspect all products at delivery.
- Any transit damage must be:
- Identified at the time of delivery
- Reported immediately to ZHomesFurniture.com and delivery personnel
- Acceptance of delivery constitutes confirmation that products are in satisfactory condition, except latent structural defects covered under warranty.
- Claims reported after delivery completion will not be entertained.
Section 7 – Returns & Refunds
- Returns are permitted only for items damaged during transit.
- ZHomesfurniture.com will bear return transportation costs for verified damaged items.
- Refunds will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer.
- Not eligible for return or refund:
- Fabric, upholstery, or leather variations
- Foam softness or comfort preferences
- Minor handcrafted imperfections
- Dimensional tolerances within industry standards
- Damage due to access constraints or customer negligence
Section 8 – Customer Responsibilities (Measurements & Access)
- Customers are solely responsible for:
- Door widths, staircases, elevators, corridors, and floor access
- Structural integrity of floors, walls, and access points
- ZHomesFurniture.com is not liable for:
- Inability to deliver due to access restrictions
- Damage caused during delivery or movement where access is restricted
- Proceeding with delivery despite warnings constitutes acceptance of all risks by the customer.
Section 9 – Commercial Use Disclaimer
- Products are for residential use only, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- Commercial, rental, hospitality, or office use voids applicable warranties.
Section 10 – Promotions, Marketing & Communications
- Promotions may change or end without notice.
- By using Services, you consent to receive:
- Order updates
- Service communications
- Promotional emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and calls
Section 11 – Privacy & Data Usage
- Customer data (name, phone, address, order details) is collected to fulfill orders and improve Services.
- Analytics and tracking tools are used to improve services.
- All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Section 12 – 10-Year Limited Structural Warranty
Coverage:
- Structural integrity of wooden or metal frames
- Load-bearing joints and components
- Manufacturing defects compromising structural stability
Exclusions:
- Fabric, upholstery, cushions, foam, comfort level
- Color/shade variations, minor handcrafted imperfections
- Normal wear and tear, sagging, softening
- Misuse, abuse, improper handling, relocation, moisture, heat, pests, accidents
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Commercial/non-residential use
Terms:
- Valid for original purchaser only
- Proof of purchase required
- ZHomesFurniture.com may repair, replace parts, or reject claims at its discretion
- Replacement does not reset the warranty period

Important: Section 12 supersedes all warranty disclaimers in Section 18; any contradiction defaults to the coverage provided in this section.
Section 13 – Value-Added Moving & Relocation Services
- Optional, paid services include:
- Moving furniture within premises
- Relocation to another address
- Dismantling and re-assembly
Conditions:
- Optional and chargeable
- Customer responsible for all dimensional checks and access feasibility
- ZHomesFurniture.com is not liable for damage to property during these services
- Services may be refused if unsafe or impractical
Section 14 – Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, images, trademarks, and materials are ZHomesFurniture.com property.
- Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Section 15 – Feedback & Reviews
- Submission of feedback, reviews, or suggestions grants ZHomesFurniture.com a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content.
Section 16 – Errors & Inaccuracies
- ZHomesFurniture.com may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, even after an order is placed.
- Product descriptions, images, and promotions may differ slightly from final products.
Section 17 – Force Majeure
- ZHomesFurniture.com is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, political unrest, pandemics, or governmental actions.
- Delivery timelines may be extended under these circumstances.
Section 18 – Disclaimer of Warranties
- Except as expressly stated in Section 12, all Services and products are provided “as-is” and “as-available”.
- ZHomesFurniture.com does not warrant:
- That products meet expectations for comfort or appearance
- That Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- This section does not limit Section 12 Warranty, which remains fully enforceable.
Section 19 – Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZHomesFurniture.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Services or products.
Section 20 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZHomesFurniture.com, its affiliates, parent companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and all associated third parties (including Shopify and other platform providers) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to:
1. Breach of these Terms or incorporated policies
2. Use of Services, products, or value-added services
3. Violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
4. Misuse, commercial use, or unauthorized modifications of products
5. Negligence or failure to ensure adequate access for delivery, assembly, or relocation
6. Submission of content, feedback, or reviews in violation of these Terms
7. Damage caused by customer actions, misuse, or abuse of products
8. False, inaccurate, or incomplete customer information
9. Interactions with third-party providers arranged by you
ZHomesFurniture.com may assume defense and settlement control at its discretion. You must cooperate fully. This indemnification survives termination of Services.
Section 21 – Termination
- ZHomesFurniture.com may terminate or restrict access to Services at any time without notice.
- Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive.
Section 22 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Governed by laws of Pakistan.
- Courts of competent jurisdiction anywhere within Pakistan have authority over disputes.
Section 23 – Severability
- If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
Section 24 – Entire Agreement
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ZHomesFurniture.com, superseding prior agreements.
Section 25 – Changes to Terms
- ZHomesFurniture.com may update Terms at any time.
- Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
